We currently only ship within the USA.

SHIPPING METHOD

Standard Shipping is utilized for all product deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGE

Shipping is free of charge.

PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO

For shipments to PO Boxes, Rural Route, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we utilize DHL Express service.

DELIVERY TIME

Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days, followed by a transit time of 5 to 8 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your product is successfully shipped, tracking information will be provided via your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can also track your order via our Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become fully operational.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled if the products have not yet shipped. Once the order has entered transit, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

ADDRESS CHANGE

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure timely adjustments.
