1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 28 days from the date you receive your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included
- The item is not listed as non-returnable (see Section 2)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Items returned after the 28-day return window
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

- Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the correct return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product)
- We do not offer direct exchanges — please place a new order for replacement items after returning the original
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If the item is eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 4–9 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
If the return does not meet our return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, missing parts), we will notify you and provide options (e.g., sending the item back to you).
5. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@fixohe.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement (if available), or
- If the item is out of stock, a full refund including original shipping cost will be issued
