1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order:

If your cancellation request is approved, any payment already made will be refunded to your original payment method within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

- Orders that have already been shipped
- Orders that include customized or made-to-order products
