At Fixohe, we know that plans can change. That’s why we provide a simple and clear cancellation process. Please review the terms below before submitting your request.
Section 1 – When Can You Cancel an Order?
- You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped.
- Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
- However, after delivery, you can still return your order by following our Return & Refund Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@fixohe.com with your order number in the subject or message.
Section 2 – How to Request a Cancellation
To submit a cancellation request:
- Email info@fixohe.com shortly after placing your order.
- Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm your order’s status.
- If the order hasn’t shipped, we will approve the cancellation.
- A refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Section 3 – Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Some orders are not eligible for cancellation:
- Orders that have already shipped
- Customized or made-to-order products
If your order does not qualify for cancellation, you may still return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Section 4 – Refund for Canceled Orders
When your cancellation is approved:
- You will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
- Refunds usually appear in your account within 4–9 business days.
