For standard U.S. shipping, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. However, delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier issues.


3. How much is the shipping fee?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 for all U.S. orders, regardless of quantity or location.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email us at info@fixohe.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives.


5. What is your return policy?

6. Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
