  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Shipping costs will always be displayed clearly at checkout (free for all orders).

4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days after shipment
  • Daily Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM CST (Chicago)
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, processing times may be longer; if this occurs, we will notify you by email.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Address Changes

  • You may request a change to your shipping address before the order ships.
  • Once the package is in transit, we are unable to modify or redirect the address.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not shipped yet.
  • After an order is handed over to the carrier, cancellations cannot be processed.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivery time may be affected by conditions outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal order volumes

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
