Shipping Policy

At Fixohe, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review the information below before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if there is a delay in processing your order.


2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship to locations within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times may vary based on the delivery location, weather, and carrier-related delays. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. for all orders:

  • Flat Rate: $9.99 per order

This fee is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Currently, we do not offer expedited or international shipping options.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most locations within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to the following U.S. regions at this time:

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Alaska and Hawaii

We are working toward expanding our shipping zones in the future.


5. Business Days

Our order fulfillment and shipping operations occur Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly via the carrier’s website.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fixohe.com with your order number and tracking details. We will:

  • Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Work with you to find a suitable resolution (reshipment or refund, depending on the situation)

All claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery estimate.


8. Delivery Issues

If your tracking number shows the package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff
  • Contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS)
