  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take longer.
  • If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Service Area: We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays. These estimates are for reference only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: $9.99 per order (domestic shipments only).
  • Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
  • At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to most U.S. addresses.
  • If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Business Days

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Saturday.
  • No shipping on U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  3. Contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS).

  • Investigate with the carrier
  • File a claim if needed
  • Provide a resolution (reshipment or refund, depending on circumstances)
