1. Processing Time
We usually process orders within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. However, during peak periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, we’ll notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Fees
We charge a flat rate of $9.99 per order for all domestic shipments.
This fee is clearly displayed during checkout before your purchase is finalized. At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping options.
4. Shipping Coverage
Our shipping service covers most areas within the United States. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your address, feel free to contact us for confirmation.
5. Business Days
We fulfill and ship orders from Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status via the shipping carrier’s website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at info@fixohe.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will:
- Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
- File a claim if needed
- Offer a suitable resolution, which may include a reshipment or refund

If the tracking information says “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
