Section 1 – Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories included
Section 2 – Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Products returned after 28 days of receipt
- Items showing wear, damage, or modifications
Section 3 – How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@fixohe.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
💡 Note:
- Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Fixohe error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is processed.
Section 4 – Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
- If the item does not meet return conditions, we will notify you and may return it back to you.
Section 5 – Product Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
Section 6 – Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:
- Email info@fixohe.com immediately.
- Include photos of the product and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including original shipping fees.
