At Fixohe, we care about your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our return and refund process is here to help. Please take a moment to review the details below.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories should be included
  • The item must not fall into the non-returnable categories listed in section 2

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items labeled as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Products sent back after the 28-day window
  • Items showing wear, damage, or modifications

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at info@fixohe.com within 28 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct address
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier

💡 Note:
Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a Fixohe error (such as receiving a wrong or defective item). We don’t offer direct exchanges — simply place a new order once the original item is returned.


4. Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it promptly. If the item qualifies:

  • We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds usually appear within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank
  • You’ll get an email when the refund is complete

In case your return doesn’t meet the conditions, we’ll let you know and offer options, such as returning the item to you.


5. Product Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchange services. If you need a different product, please return the original product and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or faulty item? Don’t worry. Please:

  • Email info@fixohe.com immediately
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We’ll offer a replacement (if available), or a full refund including the original shipping fee
