  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping

3. How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • We may request photos to help verify the issue.
  • You may choose a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send a confirmation email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 4–7 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider for updates.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a replacement item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
