Cancellation Policy

At Fixohe, we understand that plans change. That’s why we offer a clear and simple cancellation process. Please review the terms below before making your request.


1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To submit a cancellation request:

  • Email info@fixohe.com shortly after placing your order
  • Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation
  • Our support team will review your request and respond with your order’s status

✅ If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll approve the cancellation and refund your payment to the original method within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.


3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Some orders are not eligible for cancellation, such as:

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Customized or made-to-order products

If your order doesn’t qualify for cancellation, it may still be returned after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.


4. Refund for Canceled Orders

When your cancellation is approved:

  • You’ll receive a full refund, including any shipping fees
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed
  • Refunds usually appear in your account within 4–9 business days
