A: Payments may fail due to incorrect billing details, insufficient funds, or fraud protection. Please double-check your information or contact your bank.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and billing information.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United States.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We charge a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and includes all tags/packaging.

Q: Are there items that can’t be returned?
A: Yes. Personalized/custom products, clearance/final sale items, and products returned after 28 days are not eligible.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a Fixohe error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 4–9 business days after we process the return.

Q: Are product colors accurate?
A: We do our best to display colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after returning the original item.
