- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Service Area: We currently ship only within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Fees
- Flat rate: $9.99 per order (domestic shipments only).
- Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment.
- At this time, we do not offer expedited or international shipping.

- We ship to most U.S. addresses.

5. Business Days
- Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Saturday.
- No shipping on U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.

- You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
